Target audience Amputees with or without mechanical prosthesis between 15 and 50 years of age. No artistic experience required

Each time we change one foot, knee, fitting, screw, we feel the change in the balance of our body, in the way we walk, in our physical endurance. Now, we will meet the body assembled and disassembled so as to be able to take the best advantage of our mechanical gear.
In this workshop we will have a system of digital and analogical photography, with a carbon drawing feature, documenting the work of each participant. This material will be shared later.
There will be a physical activity on the approach of dance, drawing and photography.
Mickaella Dantas, dancer, engaged with contemporary dance, inclusive dance and contemporary circus. She is now working on her project Experimenting Frankenstein_3R15 – Investigation about biomechanical bodies; she also trains on circus trapeze. As a performer, she has worked with Clara Andermatt, Dançando com a Diferença, Radar 360º and Candoco (UK). She worked on production with the companies Casa Branca AC and Companhia Umpor1. She concluded the PEPCC 2013/2014 - Programa de Pesquisa e Composição Coreográfica (Choreographic Research and Composition Program), Forum Dança and collaborates regularly with other professional or research projects that intersect with art.
João Paulo Marques plastic artist, focus his works on painting, drawing and photography. He has extensive experience on illustration, an area in which he worked for 11 years, at the Editora Poliedro (BR), he has also a half hidden passion for music. He is now studying at the Faculdade de Belas Artes (Porto, PT).
